the first one is cabs-r-us. because enough the boarding rate is higher, they charge less per mile.

The answer is Cabs-R-Us . The Boarding rate is a higher place but the amount you owe for each mile is less. You should choose the cabs r us because what if the show or whatever it is , is far away. So they will charge less for each mile.
