To find the slope with two points use this simple equation
[tex] \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} [/tex]
Then plug in the numbers
[tex] \frac{6 - 4}{ (- 10) - (- 5)} [/tex]
Now solve
[tex] \frac{2}{ - 5} [/tex]
Your slope is
[tex] \frac{2}{ - 5} [/tex] or -0.4
