The net ionic equation for the reaction of AgNO3(aq) with K2SO3 (aq) is 2Ag + (aq) + SO32- = Ag2SO3 (s).

The charge for Ag is only +1. So the correct answer will be 
2Ag + (aq) + SO32- = Ag2SO3 (s). This is the net ionic equation for that reaction. I hope that this answer helped you.
