Ok, so think of a house. The sides and the floor meet up and forms a right angle, at 90 degrees. Now think about the gaps in a protractor (the piece of plastic that measures angles). The gaps corner is an acute angle, about 75 degrees.

To find the angle of something, you need to look at were the objects corners are, and if needed, use a device to measure the angle.
