Solution

Step 1

Triangle ABC is at: A = ( 2, 9 ) B = ( 5, 1 ) C = ( - 6, - 8 )

Step 2

If it is translated right 2 and down 7

B = (5, 1)

B' = ( 5+2, 1-7)

B' = ( 7, -6)

Final answer

B' = ( 7, -6)
