Eukaryotic DNA is found in the nucleus. Prokaryotic DNA is ring/circular-shaped (called a nucleoid) floats around inside its cytoplasm. Cytoplasm is the gel-like fluid inside both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells that helps make up the cell structure. I hope this helps!
